There are certain places that quietly call you back with such a natural invitation, you just go without hesitation. For me, Santa Fe, is one of those places. I was fortunate enough this trip, to have a couple of friends serve as personal tour guides to make sure we made the most of our time there. (Thank you Kym and Micheline)

So much of ARTISO is curated around my love of art, architecture, the American West, jewelry, music, food, culture, horses and connection. I was sitting at my computer into the early morning hours and felt the urge to share my experiences as well as highlight some of my favorite things about my recent trip. Santa Fe is full of inspiration and nothing feels rushed or mass produced.

Wear comfortable shoes when walking throughout the day, but Uber is easy and available. We dressed up for the opera, but it is 3 hours long. You may need a coffee during intermission and they do have it for purchase! The venue is outdoors, but it's covered. The mountain views are majestic. Like, seriously.

You wll never run out of good places to eat with delicious food around every corner. You'll want to bring fresh green chili something-or-other home with you. And when you return home, you will long for the flavors of Santa Fe.
